Our same-day dental implants in Mission Viejo, CA give you a brand-new smile in a single appointment—immediately transforming your ability to eat, speak, and socialize with comfort and confidence.Â
Our team provides all your treatments in one location, including consultation and diagnostics, guided implant surgery, anesthesia, restoration, and even on-going maintenance.Â
You won’t need to leave our location for any specialty treatments. Our oral surgeon, Dr. Michael Clark, and restorative dentist, Dr. Ashkan Haeri, make it possible for you to experience one continuum of care that is tailored to your unique needs and smile goals.
Truly, a comprehensive and personalized treatment, you can have one, several, or all your teeth replaced and restored in a single, streamlined process. Don’t live with painful, broken teeth for another day.
Our team has what it takes to transform your smile—and your life—with same day dental implants.
If you’re missing a single tooth, you can choose between a partial removable denture, dental bridge, or dental implant. Multiple missing teeth, depending on their locations, can be replaced with a partial denture, dental bridge, or a dental implant bridge.Â
For an entire arch of failing or missing teeth, solutions include dentures, implant supported dentures, or permanent full mouth dental implants. In all cases, you’re probably aware that partial and full dentures can only restore 10% of original biting and chewing power and cause more problems than they resolve.Â
For multiple missing teeth, dental bridges require healthy adjacent teeth and aren’t guaranteed to last more than a decade. Implant supported dentures provided increased security for a denture, but they may not reach the level of stability needed for full dental function.
Â
For almost all situations, dental implants provide the longest-lasting and most naturally attractive solution for single, multiple, or full arch tooth loss. Without harming remaining healthy teeth, single and multiple dental implants restore stimulation to the bone, function for eating, and natural aesthetics for a complete and seamless smile.Â
For patients who have spent years struggling with decaying or broken teeth and those who are edentulous (complete tooth loss), full mouth dental implants provide a permanent restoration in oral health, dental function, and smile aesthetics.Â
With treatment completed by dental implant specialists, such as our team at Same Day Smile Designs, full mouth dental implants have the potential to transform your smile and long-term quality of life!
Â
Dr. Clark and Dr. Ash have over 30 years of combined experience placing and restoring dental implants. As an oral surgeon, Dr. Clark has achieved the highest level of surgical training in dental implants and is considered the expert for this treatment.Â
Leaders and innovators in their field, they create an interdisciplinary team with the expertise to help patients with no remaining teeth, severe bone loss, and compromising medical conditions. Additionally, we utilize only the best technology in the industry, including CBCT imaging, Digital Smile Design, on-site 3D printing, and nSequence® for treatment planning and surgical guides in addition to full office-based anesthesia options.Â

We begin your personalized treatment with a consultation with our doctors. We’ll discuss your smile goals and expectations for treatment, review your dental and medical history, and evaluate your dental condition. Next, we complete the diagnostic process, which includes taking intraoral scans and CBCT images of your mouth to assess the bone levels in your jaw(s). We’ll use these high-resolution, 3D images to digitally plan your surgery. During this phase, we’ll also take photos and use our sophisticated Digital Smile Design software to create a virtual representation of your new smile with dental implants so you can visualize the transformation first-hand.
Once we have gathered all necessary information, we’ll collaborate to create a treatment plan personalized only for you, your dental situation, and your smile goals. Depending on how many teeth you’re missing, your custom surgical guide will be fabricated with our in-house 3D printer or through nSequence®.
Your surgery will be completed using a surgical guide custom-fabricated to fit over your gums. These guides have holes through which the dental implant post is inserted to guide their placement into the best possible depth and angle in your jawbone. If you have remaining teeth or your bone is weak and thin, we’ll need to complete preliminary procedures before your implant placement. In most cases, these procedures—tooth extractions and bone grafting—can be completed during the same surgical appointment.
If you’re worried about experiencing discomfort or anxiety during this appointment, our team is trained and licensed to offer personalized anesthesia services to ensure a comfortable, pain-free experience. Once your dental implants are secured in your jawbone, we’ll check their primary stability. In virtually all cases, we can attach a temporary at this time so you can leave your appointment with functional, attractive teeth!
For the next 4-6 months, you will heal from your surgery. During this time, your bone, bone grafts, and dental implants will fuse together to create an incredibly stable foundation. Each dental implant post acts as a tooth root, stimulating healthy bone growth. The main reason dental implants are so long-lasting and strong is because these posts have health and functional benefits comparable to natural teeth.
When your mouth is healed, you have the option to transition into a permanent restoration. We offer nanoceramic restorations as they offer the greatest level of strength and natural aesthetics, while providing other advantages that ensure their long-term function. Our restorative dentist is trained and experienced in cosmetic dentistry, with the artistic eye and technical skill to ensure that your final tooth or set of teeth looks, functions, and feels like the real thing. His goal is to provide you with a new smile that looks completely natural and personalized for you. With this permanent prosthesis in place, you can enjoy all the activities you’d been missing without teeth: smiling without embarrassment, eating the foods you love, socializing with others, and living an overall better quality of life.
Our passion is helping patients renew their confidence and health by restoring their smiles with dental implants. To ensure all our patients can receive the life-changing benefits of our treatment, we’ve developed a streamlined treatment protocol we can complete at a single location.
This continuum of care and team collaboration dramatically reduces your treatment time and, additionally with our expertise and technology, makes it possible for us to provide same-day solutions at a competitive price.
To help you afford our treatment, we partner with Proceed Finance, a third-party dental financing company that offers long-term loans with personalized low-monthly payments and fixed interest rates. For peace of mind, we also offer a 5-year dental implant warranty and will provide necessary treatment in the event of dental implant failure or damage to your prosthesis.
Rest assured, we can help you afford your smile transformation and a new life with dental implants!
